Bird Walks around Lincoln Park’s North Pond
with the Chicago Ornithological Society
More than 300 kinds of birds visit Chicago's Lincoln Park, one of the region's best places to see birds. Join experienced bird watchers from the Chicago Ornithological Society on weekly bird walks around North Pond to observe and learn about our feathered neighbors. Each week brings different birds to view. Dress for the weather and bring your binoculars.
The group meets on the pond-side of the Notebaert Nature Museum. All walks take place on Wednesday mornings starting at 7:00 a.m, lasting for 1½ to 2 hours. For current schedule, contact the Chicago Ornithological Society at http://www.chicagobirder.org/.
